Second boss: Don't know much, but it seems that when he casts his 'big thing', it beats the heck outta anyone either in front of or around him. She summons adds when she casts the shield, two Naga Witches that use Chain Lightning-like magic and a giant melee baddie, once they're dead the shield goes back down.
